The candidate must have extensive functional knowledge of the process area and be able to apply it to operational circumstances in order to give successful solutions.


He or she must be able to spot inconsistencies and offer the best fixes by applying a methodical, sequential, and logical approach. It is essential to effectively lead, manage, and inspire teams toward company goals while remaining receptive to team members' opinions and contributions.


He or she must also be self-directed, proactive, and take advantage of every chance to satisfy both internal and external customers and attain customer satisfaction through efficient process audits, the application of best practices and process enhancements, and the utilization of the available frameworks and tools.


Objectives and ideas must be expressed succinctly and clearly to clients, coworkers, subordinates, and superiors both orally and in writing.

Technical Skills Required :

- Bachelors degree in business, Project Management, or related field with 6 to 10 years experience in a PMO role.

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience using Jira, Asana and Airtable for project management.

- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand and coordinate front-end development tasks and timelines.

- Experience managing or supporting CMS-related workflows (WordPress, Contentful, Sitecore, or similar).

- Proficient in risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and meeting facilitation

- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
