- Cloud Integration: Basic understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud setups and integration with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Virtualization and HCI: Practical expertise in virtualization (VMware) and exposure to hyper-converged infrastructures (Nutanix).

- Data Management: Experience in implementing and managing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.

- Network Security: Knowledge of security frameworks using tools like Fortinet and Checkpoint.

- Infrastructure Design: Ability to implement pre-defined architectures and contribute to design discussions.

Certification and Learning

- Pursue and maintain certifications relevant to datacenter technologies (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Nutanix Certified Professional, Fortinet NSE).

- Stay updated on emerging trends in datacenter technologies and best practices.
