We are looking for a highly motivated Technical program/ Project Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs.

The TPM will work closely with engineering/ product teams and business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

This role requires a strong balance of technical understanding, program management skills, and stakeholder communication.

A Day in Your Life :

- Drive end-to-end program management : roadmap, timelines, risks, and delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and alignment.

- Understand technical systems (APIs, cloud, architecture) to identify risks and solutions.

- Implement Agile practices, track progress, and maintain reporting.

- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.

- Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of delivered solutions.

Skills in the spotlight :

- Bachelor s/Master's in Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in program/project management (3+ as TPM).

- Strong understanding of Mean/Full Stack along with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, DevOps, and Agile.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
