Technical Program Manager - Oracle HCM Implementation

Job Title: PMO / TPM / Project Manager Oracle HCM

Location: Remote (India-based)

Job Type: Contract / Full-time (as required)

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Project Manager / Technical Program Manager (TPM) overseeing Oracle HCM implementation, upgrades, or support projects.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (technical, functional, and business) across regions to define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.

- Work closely with internal Oracle HCM teams (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Time & Labor, etc.) to ensure milestones are met.

- Prepare and present Google Slides-based reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and presentations for steering committee and leadership updates.

- Track project KPIs and ensure adherence to PMO processes and governance frameworks.

- Own change management, communication planning, and status reporting.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and escalate risks proactively.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in Project Management / PMO / TPM roles.

- Proven experience managing or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud projects.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Slides / Google Workspace including creation of executive-level presentations.

- Strong command of Project Management methodologies Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Ability to drive end-to-end project lifecycle independently.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP / Prince2 / Agile Certification is a plus.

- Prior experience in HR Transformation or ERP program rollout.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project.
