We are seeking a results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional software and platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong program governance, stakeholder management, and Agile execution expertise to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Program & Project Management :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple programs spanning product management, R&D, deployment, and customer success.

- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and KPIs ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

- Drive planning, scheduling, and resource management, optimizing team capacity and reducing project costs through efficient forecasting and allocation.

- Manage project documentation including BRD, HLD, and detailed design documents (DD) ensuring compliance with delivery standards.

- Ensure timely execution of all project phases - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Agile & Delivery Governance :

- Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

- Implement continuous feedback loops and track delivery through Jira, Smartsheet, and ADO (Azure DevOps).

- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure consistent delivery excellence.

Stakeholder & Customer Management :

- Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

- Lead executive-level communications and manage customer escalations, ensuring transparency and timely resolution.

- Build strong partnerships with product owners, engineering leaders, and business teams to ensure roadmap alignment and successful releases.

- Manage vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring service-level adherence and cost efficiency.

Risk & Quality Management :

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks using proactive governance frameworks.

- Implement robust issue tracking, escalation matrices, and quality control mechanisms to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery success.

- Conduct root cause analysis and develop preventive strategies to maintain high project standards.

Data & Insights :

- Leverage analytical tools like SQL, R, and Tableau to provide actionable insights, measure project KPIs, and optimize decision-making.

- Drive data-informed discussions for program prioritization and impact assessment.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) - Visvesvaraya Technological University, Bengaluru

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP / CSM / SAFe certification (preferred but not mandatory)

- Experience managing global or multi-regional programs

- Exposure to product-led or SaaS-based ecosystems
