Responsibilities :

- Smooth transition of services to HCL program

- Run governance meeting with senior CIO stake holders and QBR with CIO level leadership of Bank.

- Should have managed 100+ member teams

Person should have :

- Proven experience in a Program Management of large IT Program

- Proven experience in Stakeholder management

- Strong technology (custom apps) background and ability to get into details

- Strong skills in IT Demand management, Work carve-out and Intake, and portfolio analysis

- Proven experience in managing both support and development projects within a banking environment.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- In-depth technology knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Java, DevOps tooling, Scripting, Automation
