Technical Program Manager

Job Description :

- Lead end-to-end execution of complex programs such as cloud migration, IAM rollout, identity and auditing initiatives, and IT transformations.

- Define and manage program strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned with business OKRs.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to manage dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

- Set up and maintain program templates, documentation, and reporting processes.

- Analyze and interpret data from tools like Jira, Smartsheets, and build automation workflows.

- Partner with Operations to standardize and document scalable processes.

- Lead stakeholder meetings, track key actions, communicate program status, and highlight

blockers.

- Support vendor management, budgeting, and CapEx/OpEx tracking.

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading technical programs end-to-end.

- Strong ability to translate AI research and engineering needs into clear execution plans.

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheets).

- Proficiency in spreadsheets and automation/scripting (AppScript or equivalent).

- Background in large tech companies (Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc.).

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, SQL).

- Familiarity with OKR frameworks, performance reporting, and strategic alignment.

- Prior experience collaborating directly with Product & Engineering teams on customer-facing

solutions.

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
