Work Hours : 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time (PST)/9 :30PM-5 :30AM(IST).

Contract Type : 6-month Contractor-to-Hire.

About The Role :

- We are seeking experienced Technical Program Managers (TPgMs) to lead and execute complex, cross-functional programs in a remote capacity.

- Youll be working with global teams across time zones, driving program success through alignment, execution, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive alignment and execution of strategic, high-stakes, cross-functional programs.

- Lead end-to-end program execution including risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.

- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, track progress, and provide timely program updates.

- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks.

- Improve processes and leverage metrics for transparency and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Financial & Operational Expertise :

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

- Strong understanding of CapEx vs OpEx and cost management principles.

- Vendor and contract management expertise.

Strategic & OKR Alignment :

- Translate business goals into clear, measurable OKRs.

- Monitor and report on performance metrics tied to strategic outcomes.

- Align program objectives with company-wide goals.

Technical & Tooling Skills :

- Proficient in tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheets, Tableau, and SQL.

- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with AppScript or automation tools.

- Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud).

Qualifications :

Basic :

- 8+ years leading complex, global, cross-functional programs.

- Proven ability to build strong cross-team relationships.

Preferred :

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Experience delivering end-to-end programs from concept to launch.

- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and dashboards.

- Skilled in managing ambiguity and working independently.
