Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and execute cross-functional programs across AI, NLP, and software development initiatives.
You will serve as a bridge between engineering, product, and data teamsensuring alignment, removing roadblocks, and driving seamless delivery of complex technical projects.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong program management skills and a solid understanding of software and AI development lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, design, and data teams to define requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
- Agile Delivery: Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Project Planning & Risk Management: Create and maintain detailed project plans, proactively identify risks, and manage dependencies and mitigations.
- Execution & Tracking: Track progress against KPIs and milestones; provide regular updates to stakeholders with transparency on blockers and timelines.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and documentation to enhance team productivity and program efficiency.
- Technical Coordination: Translate complex technical dependencies into actionable items, manage release cycles, and ensure high-quality output in line with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage expectations across teams and leadership through structured reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
Required Qualifications :
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with engineers and data scientists; able to understand APIs, ML workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and modern software delivery processes.
- Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Notion, and Google Workspace; familiarity with sprint tracking and roadmap planning tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at stakeholder management and navigating cross-functional challenges.
- Self-Starter: Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced, and evolving environment with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have :
- Certification in Agile, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or Project Management (PMP/PMI-ACP).
- Experience with OKR or KPI-based planning frameworks.
- Prior experience in a startup or scaling product company.
