Technical Product Strategist

Description :

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development :

- Define long-term product strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and emerging market trends.

- Drive consensus on product priorities, scope, and timelines.

- Conduct product demos, executive briefings, and progress updates.

Governance, Compliance & Best Practices :

- Implement processes aligned with ITIL, ISO, and enterprise governance frameworks.

- Ensure product adheres to software development best practices, secure coding standards,

and regulatory requirements.

- Support audit-readiness, documentation practices, and change management.

Required Technical Skills :

Product & Delivery Skills

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.

- Deep experience managing full SDLC for enterprise-grade applications.

- DevOps delivery exposure including CI/CD, automation pipelines, release orchestration, and

monitoring tools.

Technical Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, microservices, APIs, cloud-native

solutions, and integration frameworks.

- Familiarity with front-end and back-end development frameworks, web technologies, and

modern engineering practices.

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, system performance tuning, and scalability concepts.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of application security, identity management, and access control.

Tools & Platforms :

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes,

Confluence, and monitoring tools like Grafana or New Relic.

- Proficiency in generating product analytics, dashboards, and KPIs.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- ITIL Certification (highly desirable)

- Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, CSPO, PMP, SAFe)

- DevOps Foundation or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)
