Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner / Agile Delivery Lead with a strong background in software development, QA, business analysis, and Agile project delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of enterprise system implementation, stakeholder collaboration, and quality assurance to drive product excellence in a high-impact aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Ownership & Delivery :

- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine functional requirements.

- Convert business requirements into epics, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.

Agile Project Leadership :

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Serve as Scrum Master when needed, ensuring process adherence and team effectiveness.

- Track and report sprint progress, manage risks, and proactively remove blockers.

Quality Assurance & Optimization :

- Design and oversee execution of sprint test plans and UAT.

- Coordinate with QA teams for defect tracking, resolution, and reporting via tools like Azure DevOps.

- Conduct impact assessments and support change management processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Support :

- Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance, timelines, and resource needs.

- Collect feedback from users to inform future enhancements and prioritize backlog accordingly.

- Create training documentation and support onboarding of end-users.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in IT/software development, with at least 3-5 years in a Product Owner or Agile Lead role.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and QA practices.

- Strong background in requirement gathering, test planning, and stakeholder management.

- Technical knowledge of SQL, C#, .NET, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms.

- Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory) :

- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) - Preferred.

- Scrum Fundamentals / Agile Certifications.

- ISTQB or equivalent QA-related certifications (optional).

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
