Role Overview :

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager (Founding Team) with strong hands-on experience in Voice AI, LLM-based systems, and Speech-to-Text platforms. This is an onsite role requiring deep technical ownership, early-stage execution, and close collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end product delivery for voice-driven and AI-powered systems

- Define and manage LLM workflows for intent extraction, language understanding, and structured data generation

- Work with Hindi and regional dialects, mixed-language (Hinglish) inputs, and noisy audio scenarios

- Drive MVP execution, roadmap planning, and delivery milestones

- Take core technical decisions around backend architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and scalability

- Act as the bridge between business requirements and engineering execution

Required Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or similar roles

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Voice AI, Speech-to-Text, or Conversational AI platforms

- Prior work on Bhashini or Indic language / vernacular AI initiatives is highly preferred

- Strong understanding of APIs, backend systems, databases, and mobile application lifecycles

- Experience working on products for India / Bharat / Next Billion Users

Preferred Tech Exposure :

- Mobile : Flutter / React Native

- Backend : Python / Node.js

- Voice & AI : Bhashini, OpenAI Whisper, Google Speech APIs

- Cloud : AWS / GCP
