Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business, product, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will define product vision, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive end-to-end product delivery while ensuring scalability, performance, and user value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own product roadmap, vision, and strategy

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements

- Translate requirements into clear product specifications and user stories

- Work closely with engineering teams to drive technical design and implementation

- Collaborate with stakeholders including engineering, UX, QA, sales, and leadership

- Manage product backlog and lead Agile ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning)

- Ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality

- Monitor product performance and define success metrics (KPIs)

- Identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints early

- Drive continuous improvement based on customer and stakeholder feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience as a Product Manager in a technical environment

- Solid understanding of software development, system architecture, and APIs
