About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of complex technical products and platforms.

This role bridges the gap between engineering, business stakeholders, and customers, ensuring products are technically feasible, aligned with business goals, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle for software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify market trends, customer needs, and technical opportunities to guide product innovation.

- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.

- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams to define technical requirements, system architecture, and solution designs.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements for stakeholders.

- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance product capabilities.

- Own the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and define acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with engineering teams on Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products by managing dependencies and mitigating risks.

- Conduct technical reviews and feasibility assessments to validate proposed solutions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners.

- Communicate product updates, timelines, and trade-offs to executives, customers, and internal teams.

- Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to continuously improve the product.

- Define success metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators for product adoption, reliability, and scalability.

- Monitor product performance and recommend optimizations to improve functionality and user experience.

- Ensure products meet security, compliance, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in product management, technical project management, or related roles in software/technology companies.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and modern software architectures.

- Ability to write clear technical specifications, user stories, and product documentation.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
