Key Responsibilities :

Platform Strategy & Roadmap :

- Define and prioritize platform initiatives in collaboration with product leadership.

- Build a clear and scalable roadmap focused on data-centric platform capabilities.

End-to-End Product Ownership :

- Manage the full product lifecyclefrom concept to launch.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery meets performance, quality, and timeline goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making :

- Use KPIs, analytics, and customer insights to inform prioritization, track impact, and optimize the product backlog.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with design, QA, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.

Product Launch & GTM :

- Lead go-to-market planning, stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful feature adoption and user engagement.

Customer-Centric Mindset :

- Make product decisions rooted in logic, analysis, and a clear understanding of customer needs and value.

Stay Current :

- Monitor trends across healthcare IT, AI, ML, and platform technologies to inform roadmap decisions and ensure strategic alignment.

Drive Innovation :

- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, improve performance, and drive competitive advantage.

Ideal Candidate :

Experience :

- 4+ years in product management, ideally with a background in platform or data platform development.

Technical Background :

- Experience in software development or a strong understanding of engineering processes is a major advantage.

Methodologies :

- Proficient in Agile and SDLC methodologies; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Analytical Thinking :

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.

- Ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Industry Exposure :

- SaaS/PaaS experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with healthcare or Health IT domains is a plus.

Communication :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across global teams and time zones.

Soft Skills :

- Creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
