Technical Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

Requirements :

- 24 years of experience in product management or tech/HR tech roles

- Define data structures and integrations using JSON, SFTP, REST APIs, and Excel-based data

- Create and manage documentation, wireframes, user flows, and acceptance criteria

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

- Strong technical literacy; familiarity with data formats (JSON, CSV), APIs, SFTP protocols, Excel automations

- Proven experience in working closely with engineering teams

- Ability to read and write technical specifications (not necessarily code)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and version control basics

- A strong understanding of user-centric design, product lifecycle, and agile methods

- The ability to translate complexity into simplicity

- Have proven experience in Product Management in the B2B SaaS space (ideally 2+ years owning the full product lifecycle).

- Are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working in a scaling company where process and priorities evolve quickly.

- Are highly motivated by discovery and solution validation, and are business-driven with a focus on product scalability.

- Are data-driven: you analyze usage data to understand user behavior, define success metrics, and validate hypotheses through experimentation.

- Have strong communication skills: youre confident in pitching, influencing, and advocating for your product vision internally and externally, including with senior leadership and customers.
