Technical Product Manager - Payment System

Were looking for a TPM to drive strategy and execution for our global payments platform. Looking for people from Fintech / Product based companies.

Tier 1 college pass out mandatory

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Partner with engineering on scalable architecture (gateways, orchestration, tokenization, ledgers).

- Lead integrations with Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, banks, and local methods.

- Improve payment success, latency, fraud, and cost.

- Ensure compliance (PCI-DSS, PSD2/SCA, AML/KYC) and work with risk teams.

- Share roadmap and insights with stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of payment flows and APIs.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Strong hands-on understanding of payment gateways and global payment methods such as Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, UPI, wallets,

and bank transfers.

- Ability to work with REST APIs, webhooks, and GraphQL, including API design, integration patterns, and authentication flows.

- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on microservices-based and distributed system architectures.

- Knowledge of event-driven systems using tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pub/Sub for payment orchestration and processing.

- Proficiency in SQL for analyzing payment performance, transaction failures, and reconciliation data.

- Familiarity with data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift for reporting and analytics.

- Understanding of PCI-DSS, PSD2/SCA, AML/KYC, and other compliance frameworks relevant to payments.

- Technical background or fintech experience.
