Technical Product Manager - Generative AI

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Define feature requirements for various views.

- Conduct rigorous and agile testing of implemented features.

- Prioritize features ruthlessly based on customer demands.

- Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams.

- Experience building products in healthcare/insurance is preferred, with an understanding of the needs of healthcare clients and a multi-sided ecosystem.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

- Conduct Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine the product backlog.

- Shield the team from distractions to ensure efficient work execution.

- Track and report project progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and management.

Requirements :

- Experience in Agile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban) is a must.

- Experience with managing distributed teams across different time zones.

- Experience in handling multiple concurrent projects.

- Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA is a must.
