We are seeking a visionary Technical Product Manager with over a decade of experience to serve as the bridge between cutting-edge AI research and enterprise-grade product engineering.

You will own the end-to-end architectural integrity of a sophisticated, API-first ecosystem.

From scaling Agentic AI systems to orchestrating complex RAG pipelines and integrating legacy ERPs, you will lead a multi-disciplinary squad to build the future of automated enterprise intelligence.

Strategic Impact Areas :

1. Architectural Stewardship & API-First Vision:

- Own the Blueprint : Lead the evolution of our multi-layer stack, governing the interplay between our Next.js frontend, Python microservices, and GraphQL data layers.

- Infrastructure Design : Architect scalable AWS environments leveraging AppRunner, RDS, and S3, ensuring 99.9% reliability and top-tier security (SSL/TLS, PG Vector encryption).

- Hybrid Innovation : Balance high-code precision with low-code/no-code accelerators to optimize the development lifecycle without sacrificing quality.

2. AI & Applied R&D Leadership:

- Intelligence Pipelines : Oversee the full lifecycle of AI processing : from ingestion/parsing and metadata extraction to embedding and LLM deployment.

- Next-Gen Systems : Lead the design of Agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that turn unstructured data into actionable enterprise insights.

- Vector Mastery : Drive semantic search initiatives using PostgreSQL and PG Vector to revolutionize how our users interact with data.

3. Product Delivery & Operational Excellence:

- Agile Governance : Champion high-velocity sprints, meticulous backlog grooming, and proactive risk mitigation.

- Cross-Functional Orchestration : Act as the "Translator-in-Chief" between Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure technical roadmaps align with commercial goals.

- Metrics-Driven Growth : Monitor KPIs and cloud spend to ensure on-time delivery that stays within budget and exceeds performance benchmarks.

Technical Environment :

- Frontend : Next.js / React (deployed via AWS AppRunner)

- Backend : Python Microservices (EC2) & Node.js

- Data Access : Hasura GraphQL & RESTful Gateways

- Storage : AWS RDS (PostgreSQL + PG Vector) & S3

- Security : Enterprise-grade encryption, audit logging, and strict compliance standards.
