About The Role :

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager - AI Automation to lead the development of AI-driven SaaS products that automate complex business processes at scale.

This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience delivering end-to-end AI products, deep technical fluency, and a passion for building intelligent automation platforms - either for internal service delivery or client-facing use cases.

You will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution while working cross-functionally with AI engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI automation tools - from concept to launch and continuous iteration.

- Define product vision and strategy for scalable automation solutions, aligning with business and client needs.

- Translate business requirements and technical possibilities into clear product specs and user stories.

- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and operations to ship high-quality releases.

- Drive product discovery and user research, identifying pain points and automation opportunities.

- Establish and monitor product KPIs such as automation rate, adoption, and cost/time savings.

- Prioritize product initiatives using data-driven frameworks to maximize customer and business value.

- Act as the technical product owner in agile teams, ensuring clarity, speed, and excellence in delivery.

Technology Stack :

You'll collaborate with technical teams working across the following tools and technologies :

- Languages & Frameworks : Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React), HTML/CSS.

- AI/ML Tooling : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face.

- LLM Frameworks : LangChain, LangGraph, prompt engineering libraries.

- Data Processing : SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), Spark, Flink.

- DevOps & Infra : Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.

- Cloud Platforms : AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure.

- Monitoring & Observability : Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.

- Security & Compliance : SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR-aware architecture.

What Youll Bring :

- 3-4 years of product management experience, preferably in AI, automation, or SaaS platforms.

- Proven track record of owning and launching AI-enabled products that deliver measurable business value.

- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of AI/ML systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Hands-on experience working with AI automation tools, either for internal service delivery or external client products.

Nice to Have :

- Prior experience with service delivery platforms or business process automation.

- Familiarity with AI safety frameworks, explainability techniques, and ethical AI standards.

- Contributions to open-source projects or published work in AI tooling and automation.
