Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in AI-enabled product engineering, API-first architecture, and modern full-stack platform design. This role requires ownership of end-to-end product architecture, scalable platform delivery, and applied innovation through emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional engineering, architecture, and product teams to build enterprise-grade, API-driven platforms and automation solutions while integrating ERP and enterprise ecosystems into intelligent AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Ownership :

- Drive end-to-end ownership of technical product architecture from concept through deployment and scaling.

- Define product vision aligned with business goals and enterprise platform strategy.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Lead roadmap planning for AI-enabled and automation-driven platforms.

Architecture & Platform Engineering :

- Design and implement API-first, microservices-based architectures.

- Architect scalable full-stack systems using Next.js, React, Node.js, Python microservices.

- Lead adoption of GraphQL and REST-based service ecosystems.

- Ensure high-performance, secure, and resilient cloud-native deployments on AWS.

AI/ML & Intelligent Systems Integration :

- Design and implement solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems.

- Integrate enterprise workflows with AI-powered automation frameworks.

- Drive experimentation through applied R&D initiatives in emerging AI technologies.

- Enable intelligent orchestration across enterprise knowledge systems.

Enterprise & ERP Integrations :

- Lead integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise systems.

- Architect data pipelines connecting enterprise applications with AI solutions.

- Enable seamless interoperability across automation ecosystems.

Cloud, DevOps & Deployment :

- Oversee deployments across AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, AppRunner).

- Ensure adherence to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

- Guide infrastructure scalability, reliability, and cost optimization strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, AI, and product.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, design, and technology functions.

- Drive execution across distributed teams with clear ownership structures.

- Mentor engineering teams on scalable architecture and innovation frameworks.

Innovation & Low-Code Enablement :

- Evaluate and implement low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery.

- Promote rapid prototyping and experimentation across automation initiatives.

- Establish frameworks for continuous innovation and technical evolution.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in technical product management or platform engineering roles

- Strong experience in end-to-end product ownership and architecture design

- Expertise in API-first architecture and microservices ecosystems

- Hands-on experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, and Python

- Strong implementation experience with GraphQL and REST APIs

- Proficiency in PostgreSQL including PG Vector

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, AppRunner)

- Experience working with AI/ML systems, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI architectures

- Strong understanding of full-stack system design for scalable enterprise platforms

- Experience integrating ERP and enterprise software ecosystems

- Practical exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-driven deployment models

- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders

- Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capability

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building AI-native enterprise platforms

- Exposure to workflow automation frameworks and orchestration tools

- Experience working with vector databases and semantic retrieval systems

- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS architecture patterns
