Role Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) who combines strong product intuition with a solid technical foundation. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, business, and customers, owning the translation of complex technical capabilities into clear, scalable, and customer-centric product outcomes.

You will work closely with engineering, cloud, and DevOps teams to define product direction, drive execution, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and define product requirements for technically complex features spanning frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps systems.

- Translate customer and business needs into clear product specs, user stories, and technical requirements.

- Partner closely with engineering teams to guide architecture-aware product decisions and trade-offs.

- Act as a customer-facing product representative, gathering feedback and validating solutions.

- Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple workstreams.

- Use data and analytics to measure product success, inform decisions, and iterate rapidly.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, DevOps, and GTM teams.

- Ensure alignment across stakeholders using tools like JIRA, GitHub, Slack, and product analytics platforms.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in product management or technical program management in fast-paced environments.

- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, working directly with users or enterprise clients.

- Strong technical foundation across frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps (e.g., React, JavaScript, AWS, Docker, CI/CD).

- Ability to work deeply with engineers and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

- Experience using modern product and collaboration tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Slack, and analytics platforms.

- Proven ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution.
