Technical Product Manager

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Translate abstract ideas into working products in hours or days (not weeks).

- Collaborate closely with engineers who code faster than most people can spec.

- Talk to users, read between the lines, and turn chaos into clarity.

- Work directly with leadership (including the CPTO) on product strategy.

- Balance speed with quality.

- Build fast, but don't break trust.

Requirements :

- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products (e.g. LLMs, GPT-based tools, recommendations, vision, NLP).

- You're fluent in how models work, transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, etc.

- Comfortable working with engineering, maybe you even prototype yourself.

- Strong product sense, you know when to ask why, and when to say ship it.

Tech Stack You'll Work With :

- Frontend : React, Next.js.

- Backend : Node.js, Python, FastAPI.

- Database : PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB.

- Analytics and Tracking : Mixpanel, PostHog, Segment.

- Infra : AWS, Docker, GitHub.

- Docs and Collab : Notion, Slack, Figma.

- Have worked in a zero-to-one or founding team setup.

- Read AI papers for fun and know what RAG means without googling
