Job Title : Technical Operations Lead (5 - 8 Years)

Location : Ahmedabad (Hybrid - Remote work available for candidates in Gujarat/Rajkot who can attend office as needed)

Shift Timing : 6 :00 AM 2 :00 PM IST

Availability : Immediate joiners preferred (015 days notice)

About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Operations Lead to manage our IT systems, lead vendor coordination, and oversee the operations of key digital platforms. You will be the go-to person for managing Microsoft 365, internal tools (like Zoho Creator or Odoo), low-code automation, and internal VoIP/communication systems. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, operations-focused, and proactive in identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

IT & Systems Oversight :

- Manage day-to-day operations and support for Microsoft 365 tools : Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.

- Oversee Zoho Creator (or Odoo) development scripting, workflows, data models, and automation.

Web & Interface Management :

- Handle WordPress site administration and configurations.

- Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript to tweak front-end interfaces and automate UI workflows.

Operational Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a small technical operations team.

- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.

- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and compliance requirements.

VoIP System Management :

- Configure and support VoIP systems (setup, troubleshooting, call routing).

Automation & Integration : (Good to Have)

- Design and implement workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.

- Integrate tools using REST APIs and perform basic testing.

- Write scripts using Deluge, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5 - 7 years of experience in IT administration or technical operations.

Strong experience with :

- Microsoft 365 Suite Admin Centre, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint

- Zoho Creator scripting and workflow automation / Odoo development

- Frontend : HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- WordPress (admin/config level)

- VoIP systems (admin level)

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) :

- Experience with REST API integrations and automation testing.

- Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and architectures.

- Hands-on scripting with Python, Deluge, or equivalent scripting platforms.

- Exposure to cloud identity/security tools (e.g., Azure AD, Intune).

- Understanding of VoIP protocols and call flow configurations.
