- Should have strong knowledge in Design the overall Android/iOS app architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.

- Create high-level and low-level designs for modules, features, and integrations.

- Optimize app performance for speed, memory, battery, and reliability.

- Ensure application security with secure coding, encryption, and compliance practices.

- Should have experience in app store publishing processes for iOS and Google Play, including metadata, compliance, versioning, and release management.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers across teams.

- Maintain code quality through standards, reviews, and automated testing.

- Evaluate and adopt new tools, libraries, and iOS platform updates to keep the tech stack modern.

- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, risk registers, and governance artifacts.

- Oversee technical design reviews, architecture decisions, and quality gates to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Establish and enforce coding standards, security practices, performance criteria, and accessibility considerations across projects.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- 12 to 15 years of experience in program management or technical leadership roles overseeing web and mobile development projects.

- Proven track record delivering both native and hybrid mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, as well as web applications.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with app store publishing processes (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and release management.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to translate business needs into actionable Technical Program Plans and roadmaps.

- Solid understanding of system architecture, API integrations, security, performance, and quality attributes.

- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent) and collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with cross-platform development ecosystems (iOS/Android native skills) to native stacks.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring/observability tooling.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards, privacy/compliance requirements, and security best practices.

- Experience leading globally distributed teams and managing third-party vendors.
