Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Manager to lead engineering teams in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software platforms.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can contribute to architecture decisions, mentor teams, ensure timely project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end software platform development and ensure successful project delivery.

- Drive architecture, design, and technical decision-making for scalable and reliable solutions.

- Manage and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.

- Collaborate with product, business, and global stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software quality benchmarks.

- Drive Agile execution and improve team productivity through efficient sprint planning and delivery.

- Oversee CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives to improve deployment efficiency.

- Manage software release cycles and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within engineering teams.

- Drive troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of critical technical issues.

- Promote adoption of modern engineering practices including AI-assisted development and automation.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in C++.

- Strong expertise in C# / .NET Framework.

- Hands-on experience in WPF application development.

- Strong knowledge of Software Architecture and Design Patterns.

- Experience with Docker and Containerization technologies.

- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
