Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager Solution Implementation to lead complex enterprise and warehouse automation implementations. The role will own the technical delivery from solution handover through integration, testing, deployment, go-live, and production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end technical implementation and solution delivery.

- Drive system integration, technical architecture, SIT, UAT, performance testing, and deployment readiness.

- Troubleshoot complex issues across WMS, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, Linux/Unix, and integrated systems.

- Lead go-live, cutover, hypercare, and critical incident resolution.

- Define technical standards, implementation methodologies, and best practices.

- Mentor implementation teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.

- Act as a senior technical interface for customers and stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 12+ years in software implementation, system integration, technical delivery, solution engineering, or QA.

- Strong SQL, Linux/Unix, REST API, and Python skills.

- Experience with SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production deployment.

- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integrations.

- Experience with WMS / Supply Chain / Retail systems is highly desirable.

- Exposure to GCP and platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or SAP EWM is an advantage.

- Excellent technical leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
