Role: Technical Web Manager.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.

Required Skills:

- 9+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or equivalent role.

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Typescript, or Go.

- Experience with React.js, Next.js and Node.js will go a long way in this role.

- Experience with foundational backend and infrastructure technologies, like PostgreSQL, Nginx, CI/CD and Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of full-stack architecture, performance optimization, and scalability principles within an Enterprise-class software system.

- Able to make effective trade-offs in regards to both engineering and product requirements, while balancing short term and long-term needs.

- Experience developing cross-disciplinary collaboration between engineering, operations, support, and product groups.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring software engineers.

- Experience with staffing, interviewing, building, and retaining teams.

- Experience conveying complex ideas in written, verbal and presentational formats to get buy-ins from diverse stakeholders.
