About the Role :

We are looking for a Technical Manager Gen AI & Computer Vision with hands-on expertise in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (LLMs, GPT, Diffusion Models).

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end AI solution development from research to deployment using cutting-edge frameworks and tools for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a small AI engineering team focused on Computer Vision and Gen AI projects.

- Design, develop, and optimize AI models for object detection, image segmentation, OCR, and video analytics.

- Work on LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, API integration, multimodal AI).

- Drive innovation using synthetic data generation, GANs, diffusion models, and transformers.

- Deploy AI models on edge devices (Jetson, Raspberry Pi) and in cloud environments.

- Collaborate with product, research, and customer teams to convert POCs into deployable solutions.

- Maintain high performance, scalability, and accuracy standards across all models.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming in Python.

- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Keras.

- Experience with YOLOv5/v8, UNet, ResNet, 3D CNNs, OCR frameworks (CRAFT, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR).

- Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or custom LLMs).

- Knowledge of Docker, FastAPI, Streamlit, and edge optimization (TensorRT, OpenVINO).

- Good understanding of MLOps and AI deployment pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving, research, and innovation mindset.
