We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager to lead our Gen AI and Computer Vision initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision, with proven leadership skills to manage technical teams and drive innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and deployment of Gen AI and Computer Vision solutions.

- Design, architect, and oversee scalable AI systems and algorithms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, data science, and engineering.

- Manage and mentor a team of AI and Computer Vision engineers.

- Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Gen AI, and Computer Vision technologies.

- Define technical strategies, best practices, and standards for AI projects.

- Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and troubleshooting.

- Qualifications : -

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. PhD is a plus.

- 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, etc.

- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Prior experience in Gen AI is highly desirable.
