Technical Manager - ERP Platform

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager IT with a strong background in supply chain systems and SaaS-based ERP platforms. The candidate will lead a team of IT specialists responsible for managing enterprise applications across procurement, supply chain, analytics, and reporting functions. This role requires a proven track record in leading end-to-end IT implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning IT solutions with business needs in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage IT teams to support enterprise applications across procurement, sourcing, contracts, supplier relationship management, supply chain, analytics, and reporting.

- Drive end-to-end implementation of supply chain and ERP functional workstreams, from strategy to production delivery.

- Transform Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives into enterprise-level solutions.

- Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, materials management, and finance teams to align IT capabilities with business and manufacturing operations.

- Oversee roadmap planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and IT budgeting.

- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members, fostering innovation and efficiency.

- Monitor system stability, performance, and integration with other business-critical systems.

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, sourcing, and supplier relationship management.

- Hands-on experience with SaaS-based ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar).

- Expertise in enterprise application integration, API management, and middleware technologies.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible) for deployment and automation.

- Strong background in data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).

- Knowledge of IT security, compliance frameworks, and governance policies.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to manufacturing and EMS industry processes.

- Experience with workflow automation and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies for IT project delivery.

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 915 years of IT experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.

- Proven experience in implementing and managing large-scale supply chain or ERP solutions.
