1. Preferably from Service oriented company, Very self product oriented may not qualify
2. He must have created/added/expanded accounts with customers with engineers Growth.
3. Domain Wifi+BT+Multimedia+IoT (Automotive is a plus, but secondary), as many possible, with highest to lowest priority in same sequence.
4. Solid in Embedded development/testing OS/Kernel/Platforms(Linux-Android/Window/iOS etc..).
