Role Overview :

Were looking for a dynamic Technical Manager AI & Automation to lead a talented group of AI researchers in transforming and automating key workflows across various PODs.

Youll be responsible for driving strategy, leading execution, and implementing cutting-edge automation projects to boost operational efficiency and enhance user and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor AI interns in executing automation initiatives.

- Manage projects end-to-end from ideation to deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

- Research and implement AI/ML tools that enhance operations and customer experiences.

- Set timelines, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely project delivery.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications.

- 58 years of hands-on IT experience, with exposure to AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation.

- Proven leadership experience in managing tech teams or projects.

- Strong knowledge of website tech stacks, automation tools, and/or low-code/no-code platforms.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship skills.

Preferred Skills.

- Exposure to SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, or digital/creative agencies.

- Demonstrated success in delivering automation-led process improvements.

- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
