Responsibilities :

- Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.

- Creating high-level product specifications and design documents, providing the team with architectural blueprints to follow.

- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design.

- Participate in software design / architecture, risk mitigation / assessments, and capacity planning.

- Improve team processes to increase effectiveness, improve product quality, and enhance work / life balance.

- Own end-to-end availability / reliability and performance of services and products.

- Establish feature release cadence and IT Product roadmaps

- Be hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team as needed.

- Strong knowledge of agile and dev-ops practices, distributed systems and complex data pipelines.

- Proven track record of managing team(s) of Java development and programming, performance reviews.

- Ability to problem solve effectively using analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to assist team(s) within and outside of IT Product software, in delivering exceptional outcomes.

- Excellent communication skills, a team player and proficient at handling multiple tasks across disciplines.

- Support as one point of contact for exhibiting implementation to delivery for related it projects.

Desired skills :

- 10+ years of Software Development experience.

- 2+ years of experience in managing teams.

Education : BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
