Mvida, a trusted partner in HR & Staffing Solutions, is urgently hiring a Technical Project Manager on behalf of our client NAC. This is a critical replacement position that needs to be onboarded within 2-3 weeks to ensure seamless delivery and avoid project disruption.

Role Overview :

We're looking for a Technical Manager who can balance Project Management (70%) and Technical Leadership (30%). The ideal candidate will have end-to-end delivery experience, with the ability to manage 40-50 team members while driving client success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead cross-functional teams (Java, Database, IT Infrastructure - Azure).

- Collaborate with architects to finalize design approaches.

- Manage Azure-related operations (AD, DLs, WAF, Load Balancers, B2C, resource utilization).

- Validate solutions, ensuring practicality and timely delivery.

- Assign, track, and review tasks, ensuring smooth deployments.

- Anticipate customer needs, manage risks, and drive proactive delivery.

- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to secure approvals.

- Manage integration impacts across applications.

- Ensure governance, reporting, and transparent communication.

Ideal Candidate :

- 12-15 years of Technical Project Management experience.

- Strong Java technology background with hands-on leadership exposure.

- Proven ability to manage large teams (40-50 members).

- Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services.

- Strong client-facing & stakeholder management skills.
