Technical Manager

About the Role :

As a Technical Manager at Almonds AI, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end architecture across systems, applications, data, and infrastructure.

You will provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

This role involves developing solution blueprints, architecture documentation, and technical specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

You will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure successful delivery and support pre-sales and client engagement activities, including proposal writing and presentations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end architecture across systems, applications, data, and infrastructure.

- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop solution blueprints, architecture documentation, and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Support pre-sales and client engagement activities, including proposal writing and presentations.

Requirements :

- Proven experience designing complex enterprise solutions.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Azure Architect) are a strong plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET).

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of data architecture and security principles
