We are hiring for a Technical Leader who can shape architecture, mentor teams, and drive modernization across a massive frontend ecosystem. The person should have a system-level view of UI engineering from microfrontends and modular architecture to design-system maturity, performance, and developer experience.

Requirements :

- Deep experience designing modular frontend systems at scale with a strong understanding of dependency graphs, boundaries, and contracts.

- Hands-on expertise in Webpack Module Federation, microfrontend frameworks, and distributed runtime composition.

- Deep expertise in Next.js (Pages and App Router) and understanding of hydration, server components, and edge rendering flows.

- Expert-level knowledge of bundler ecosystems (Webpack, Vite, Rollup, Turbopack, etc.) and build optimization strategies.

- Experience building internal developer tools, CI/CD optimizations, and DX enhancements for large codebases.

- Deep understanding of CDN configurations, caching strategies, and cloud deployment for web performance (e.g., Akamai, CloudFront, Vercel Edge).

- Familiar with integrating monitoring tools (Datadog, Sentry, and Grafana) for UI health metrics and performance insights.

- Capable of writing technical blog posts, RFCs, and architectural documentation to influence at the org scale.

- Influences cross-functional teams (DesignOps, Product, DevOps) and brings systemic, not siloed, thinking.

- BE/BTech degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on web technologies, focusing on React.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience architecting microfrontend frameworks using Webpack Module Federation and distributed runtime composition.

- Proven expertise in React 18 and Next.js Pages and App Router, including SSR, hydration, server components, and edge rendering flows.

- Strong command over modern JavaScript and TypeScript for building robust, type-safe applications.

- Expert-level knowledge of bundler tooling (Webpack, Vite, Rollup, Turbopack) with proven ability to design optimized build pipelines, perform bundle analysis, and manage cross-app dependencies.

- Deep understanding of CDN configurations, caching strategies, and cloud deployments to ensure fast, resilient delivery of frontend applications.

- Practical experience with CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) to enable continuous testing and delivery pipelines for distributed teams.

- Proficient in containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP) for scalable frontend deployments and environment reproducibility.

- Familiar with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, and Grafana) to track frontend health metrics and drive data-backed performance improvements.

- Capable of writing and publishing technical blog posts, RFCs, and architectural guides to influence at the organizational scale and mentor senior engineers.
