Hiring | Technical Leader | Bengaluru

Were looking for a Technical Leader to join the engineering team of a high-growth B2B SaaS company solving complex, real-world problems at enterprise scale.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can architect, build, mentor and lead while staying close to the code.

What youll own :

- Lead a pod of 5 - 8 engineers across backend and frontend

- Drive architecture, system design and technical decisions

- Build and scale distributed, multi-tenant SaaS systems

- Own engineering quality, performance, testing and reliability

- Mentor and develop engineers across levels

- Work closely with Product, Architects and Customer teams

- Drive adoption of AI coding tools and measure their impact

What were looking for:

- 815 years of software engineering experience

- 3+ years of technical/team leadership experience

- Strong hands-on backend experience - Java preferred, Python acceptable

- Strong experience with distributed systems and scalable SaaS architecture

- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases at production scale

- Strong system design and problem-solving skills

- Exposure to Kafka, microservices and cloud platforms

- Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot or Claude Code

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to have :

- Exposure to logistics/optimization, AI/ML, RAG, embedding pipelines or agentic frameworks.
