Job Description : Tech Lead Angular & T-SQL

Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with expertise in both Angular and T-SQL to lead the development and optimization of our web applications and databases. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and a strong ability to manage front-end and back-end technical strategies. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, architecture, and implementation of our technology stack, driving innovation in our logistics technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of web applications using Angular, ensuring scalability, performance, and user-centric design.

- Oversee the optimization and management of databases using T-SQL to ensure high performance and data integrity.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team across both front-end and back-end technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and database administrators, to deliver cohesive and efficient solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide the team in following best practices.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in both Angular and T-SQL to continuously improve our systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience in Angular (version 13+ preferred) and T-SQL.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.

- Expertise in designing, optimizing, and managing databases with T-SQL.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end applications.

- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.

- Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.

- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Logistics domain knowledge is a strong plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Skills :

- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting tools.

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management systems.
