We are actively seeking referrals for a highly capable Tech Lead to drive innovation and lead engineering excellence in our cutting-edge projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong engineering mindset and deep experience in AdTech, OOH (Out-of-Home) Advertising, or E-commerce Technology.

Position Overview :

As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping technical strategies, driving development best practices, and mentoring engineering teams. You'll lead Agile PODs and oversee the full product development lifecycle - from solution design to deployment.

Key Requirements :

- 6+ years of hands-on development and leadership experience

- Strong experience leading Agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban)

- Proficient in Java, Python, and Angular

- Hands-on with MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL databases

- Experience with AWS and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins, etc.)

- Skilled in using Jira, Confluence, and dashboard tools

- Proven ability to design scalable, resilient, cloud-native architectures

- Domain background in AdTech, OOH Tech, or E-commerce is essential

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor POD teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software

- Own end-to-end technical delivery - from architecture to production deployment

- Drive coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and enforce software quality standards

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams

- Ensure optimal use of Agile and DevOps methodologies

- Define technical roadmaps and lead architectural decision-making
