Technical Lead - Software Development

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a hands-on leader responsible for developing high-quality software applications and fostering best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, facilitating their skill development and growth.

- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver aligned and successful software projects.

- Review code and manage code quality, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Identify, design, and implement solutions that improve development processes and enhance efficiency.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and new solutions.

The Technical Lead Software Development will be essential in driving our technology initiatives forward, making a significant impact on our product quality and team performance.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 9+ years in software development with a proven track record of delivering scalable applications.

Leadership Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating strong mentoring abilities.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, .NET, or Python, along with frameworks and tools used in software development.

- General working knowledge of PHP desired to support current legacy applications which are on the roadmap for future modernization.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban or similar).
