- Experience: 6+ years in Salesforce development with at least 3 years in Implementation & Support of application.

- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Cloud

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) & II (preferred). Application or System Architect certifications (preferred/ not mandatory).

- Technical Expertise Administration Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and advanced configuration capabilities.

- Development Skills: Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs), with a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices.

- Security and Data Management: Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture, ensuring compliance and data integrity. DevOps and Integration: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset) for efficient deployment and version control.

- Proven expertise in integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals, including mid-level and junior consultants, ensuring collaboration and accountability. Experience in managing team deliverables and aligning them with client expectations.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Work with Architect to define and implement technical architectures aligned with business needs and Salesforce best practices. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the organization's long-term goals.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Foster a collaborative team environment to drive technical innovation and excellence.

- Customization & Development: Integration Management: Governance & Best Practices: Stakeholder Collaboration: Support & Optimization: Oversee custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder). Ensure all solutions are thoroughly tested and meet performance standards. Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise. Enforce Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.

- Establish and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes. Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that align with business goals.
