Job Overview :

Technical Lead

- Looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee projects developed by our business on various Salesforce platforms.

- Salesforce Technical Lead will be skilled in managing projects for Salesforce Sales Cloud, NPSP Cloud / Fonteva Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.

Qualification, Skills & Experience :

- Experience in SFDC Automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

- Good knowledge in designing custom objects, fields, dynamic page layouts, custom labels, and building reports.

- Experience in data migration & integration using Data Loader.

- Follow Agile methodology involving onsite and offshore coordination.

- Good experience in addressing problems, investigating root causes, and implementing successful resolutions.

- Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.

- Must be able to facilitate internal and external communication effectively.

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.

- Guide development teams to higher Scrum maturity.

- Experience in implementing the Salesforce Cloud platform/s /s, including system integrations and data migration, will be an added advantage.

- Candidate must have Salesforce Admin Certification and have worked as a Senior Salesforce Administrator for global clients
