Technical Lead - Salesforce

Responsibilities :

- Develop complex code and guide developers on the right way to implement development to deliver

high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization as needed.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Understanding the limitations of SF platform and how to bypass them.

- Strong knowledge of LWC.

- Dept level with of Apex Development.

- Vast experience with Async batch processing.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior developer.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Work Arrangement :

- Immediate onboarding preferred (within 2 weeks maximum).

- Until our Kolkata office is fully established, work from home with a stable internet connection in a quiet environment.
