We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead to join our CRM and digital transformation team. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and integrations, and be capable of leading end-to-end implementations. As a technical leader, you will drive the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of scalable and high-performing Salesforce applications.

- Serve as the technical expert for Salesforce development, architecture, and best practices.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins to deliver high-quality code and configurations.

- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of Salesforce projects - from technical planning and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance through proper configuration and custom development.

- Drive Salesforce integration with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or platform connectors.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.

- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce orgs, troubleshoot issues, and propose system improvements.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and roadmap to recommend appropriate technical upgrades.



Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 9+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solutioning.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).

- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, and security model.

- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

- Sound understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, deployment process (change sets, CI/CD), and metadata management.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (preferred).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps tooling.

- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.



Certifications :


- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

- Salesforce Administrator

- Salesforce Application/System Architect

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect



Nice to Have :


- Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins for Salesforce deployments.

- Experience in global Salesforce implementations.

- Exposure to Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.
