Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Technical Lead.

The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Responsibilities include leading technical teams, managing project deliverables, and ensuring adherence to security standards.

The candidate will collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, conduct risk assessments, and align IAM architectures to organizational objectives.

Regular tasks also involve troubleshooting, performance optimization, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Qualifications :

- Technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms such as Ping Identity, Forgerock, Sailpoint, Okta, Saviynt, IBM, Oracle IAM, and CyberArk.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions for single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and identity lifecycle automation.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams and project deliverables.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.

- Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and risk assessment skills.

- Familiarity with advanced security frameworks, Zero Trust architectures, and API security best practices.

- Ability to communicate effectively and align technical solutions with business goals.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; certifications in IAM platforms or cybersecurity are highly desirable.
