Responsibilities and Responsibilities :

- Youll lead the creation and scaling of modular, user-centric React applications, following best practices and modern architectures tailored for SaaS/B2B environments.

- Advanced skills in React (web), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and state management tools (Zustand, Redux, Context API) are required, ensuring robust performance and maintainable code.

- Work closely with designers for technically feasible, pixel-perfect UI/UX; deliver intuitive, polished user interfaces that prioritize both user needs and business objectives.

- Help elevate junior engineers by mentoring, providing technical guidance, and fostering problem-solving skills within the team.

- Thrive in a dynamic environment, bringing experience from startups or SaaS and championing innovative, customer-first solutions.
