We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to manage and guide our front-end development team, focusing on React.js applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the front-end development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and performant web applications using React.js and related technologies.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions.

- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

- Own the entire front-end development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 58 years of hands-on experience in web development, with 3+ years of deep experience in React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with backend services.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.

- Proficient in Git and version control workflows.

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and guidance.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
