Technical Lead - React.js/ArcGIS

We are seeking a skilled technical lead who can work and manage skilled Developers with strong experience in GIS-based applications, particularly with ArcGIS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with ArcGIS APIs, map tools, and handling various types of layers and coordinate systems and support/guide team at the same time. Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise tools and VertiGIS Studio Web and SDK is a plus.Lead experience is must and strong troubleshooting skills are desired

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with multiple types of map layers (vector, raster, etc.), coordinate systems, and spatial data.

- Integrate and optimize map tools and functionalities within GIS applications.

- Implement various ArcGIS functionalities, including layer management, geocoding, spatial analysis, and more.

- Ensure application performance and scalability by handling large spatial datasets and map interactions efficiently.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement GIS features based on project requirements.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to ensure seamless integration with the ArcGIS environment.

Requirements :

- Extensive hands-on experience with ArcGIS APIs and its functionalities.

- Proficiency in handling multiple coordinate systems (e.g., WGS84, UTM) and map projections.

- Experience working with different map layers (vector, raster) and spatial data.

- Solid understanding of GIS concepts and geospatial data management.

- Ability to work with map tools for navigation, selection, and other common GIS interactions.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex spatial operations within a web application.

Good to Have :

- Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise tools.

- Knowledge of VertiGIS Studio Web and SDK.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with cloud-based GIS solutions (e.g., ArcGIS Online, Esri Enterprise).

- Previous experience with other GIS frameworks or libraries
