We are looking for a hands-on Product Engineering Tech Lead to drive the development of our AI-native B2B intelligence and procurement platform. In this role, you will lead the architecture and delivery of a full-stack product, bridging AI-powered backend systems with intuitive user experiences. This is a technical leadership position with a strong focus on coding, system design, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of the product using React/Vite and FastAPI.

- Build and own end-to-end procurement workflows (RFQ, Quotes, Purchase Orders).

- Integrate AI/agent-driven insights and workflows into customer-facing applications.

- Design secure, scalable systems with RBAC, permissions, and audit logging.

- Drive application performance, reliability, and engineering best practices.

- Mentor engineers and contribute actively to core product development.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience in full-stack or product engineering.

- Strong expertise in React, Python, FastAPI/Django, PostgreSQL, and API design.

- Experience building complex SaaS products, workflow-driven systems, or transactional platforms.

- Good understanding of system architecture, security, access control, and scalability.

- Strong product mindset with a focus on user experience and business impact.

Preferred :

- Experience with enterprise SaaS, procurement platforms, or B2B marketplaces.

- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and real-time/streaming interfaces.

- Exposure to Docker, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD practices.
